 HE'S A DAPPER DAN MAN!HAPPY FOLKS ON OPENING DAY! ...and one real nice thing to see was the number of YOUNG PEOPLE at the track!  INTERESTED ONLOOKERS Sometimes it's nice to get away from the crowd to gather one's thoughts. I met these two lovely ladies in the "Backstage" area of Santa Anita Park. One girl from the Ukraine and her lifelong friend from Russia, they spoke only enough English to say "tank you for thees beautiful place and horses."
