anyone else have problems with tvg?

a lot of times this year i get frozen out of tvg after i try to place a bet. yes...i've cleared my cache etc but it seems to go deeper than that. it didn't happen today and didn't happen too much during the bc but it's enough to be annoying. am i the only one? i literally have to restart my laptop to get back to everything else i'm doing when this happens
