Well folks it wasn’t as bad as I initially thought. Thanks to the multiple 5/6 pay outs our Pick 6 returned $4,029.25. We also hit the Breeders Cup Pick 4 for a massive $45.85 to bring the total return to $4075.10. Our outlay was $5,650 equivalent to 226 shares of $25. The return per share is therefore $18.03 . You will receive your payment by whichever method you paid by ( PayPal, Zelle or Venmo ) as soon as possible but probably not before Monday as tomorrow is my grandkids day !

I have a great deal of respect for the folks who did all the work and I think we all should show our gratitude by letting then do this again next year. Bev, special thanks for handling the cash flow, I know it was time consuming.

It occurs to me that we are asking a lot of Bev to hold all of this money for us. I'd like to hear his thoughts after he has had a chance to consider it. IF he is Ok with it, then I'm willing to contribute my 2 shares as well.

Thanks to Bev and everyone else who put so much time into this. We got our swings at the plate and managed to beat JW and Nest and just needed one middle or high priced horse to get paid and didn't get it. But sure was fun and fun has a price tag sometimes.
Unlike everyone else, I'll happily request my shares back, but let me know the next time UIC does one and I'll certainly consider investing.

I agree with Dan. I will take mine back but gladly get back in next time. It is a lot for someone to keep up with for a next time especially if you allow new people to get in - “who has what and for how much?” - it’s just a lot. You can keep one of my shares as a thanks for putting it together. It was a lot of fun.

Guys, I’ve started paying out now . PayPal will be first , followed by Zelle, Venmo and last (and by all means least ) check. Thanks for the kind offers but I won’t be keeping anything back for myself.for putting this on. For those who wish to carry over the next UIC group project will be Pegasus Day at Gulfstream Park on January 28th., 2023.

i also started to think it would be too much hassle to roll things over, but now i am unsure if you already decided not to. that 50$ would have allowed me to hit the p6 on my own. if you recall my 16$ p5 ticket you should know that. if you're not keeping it toward pegasus day please make sure you deduct the postage from the amount of the check. lol
