Taking a bit of a flyer in the Tattersalls Gold Cup (GI). #3- Broome (7-1) runs well fresh, just missed in this event last year behind upsetter #4- Helvic Dream (10-1), which likes this course and can go well again. Tough to beat Alenquer, Lord North and State of Rest all in one race, but will try to land the gamble.

I like that Zarak filly, #11- Purplepay (10-1), quite a bit, but not enough to use her on top. Lael Stable and the white-hot Haggas yard, but it's a tough ask off the bench. Still, she's ultra-consistent (8/3-2-2) so a must use underneath. I'm going to assume that Aidan O'Brien has got this covered, and I'll use #5- History (6-1) which has been progressive through four starts and is the 'other-O'Brien' type of winner in these GIs. Must put #13- Tuesday (5-2) on top as well, she broke her maiden against sixteen runners at Naas in March, then was a close third behind Cachet and Prosperous Voyage in the English Guineas three weeks ago. She should enjoy the firm going also. Spreading underneath.

Concert Hall is currently 25-1 on twinspires, but 9-1 in the UK. Dubawi x Galileo mare says Oaks (12F) filly to me, not sure she can handle a big group of solid milers like this. Good luck!

Agreed doc, she will be a handful for the Oaks if they run there. She has future entries at varying distances, but i would assume they'd go to Epsom next for the Oaks. They can still drop back to 10F or even a mile at Ascot, but I suspect the latter idea will be abandoned now. Concert Hall's best days lie ahead.
Homeless Songs, which won the 1000 Guineas at the Curragh this morning by 5+ lengths, likely goes right to the Coronation Stakes (GI) at Royal Ascot next. Then they might do 10F at the Curragh in the Pretty Polly (GII), then stretchout in the Irish Oaks (GI, 12F) in mid-July. She made a devastating run today, the others looked to be tied to a post. Is she that good, were the others overrated, or some combination? Daughter of Frankel, out of a Dubawi mare, might be very, very good.
