Should be public. Looks like some have had joint injections in April.
From Paulick.
Several entrants in this year's Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby are scheduled to be released from the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission's veterinarian's list just in time for the biggest starts of their careers. Todd Pletcher-trained Oaks hopefuls Nest and Shahama are scheduled to be released from the list on May 6, while Pletcher-trained Derby runners Mo Donegal and Charge It are set to be released on May 7, along with John Alexander Ortiz trainee Barber Road. All four were scheduled to be on the list for a total of 14 days. Steve Asmussen trainee Echo Zulu, undefeated Oaks contender and last year's Champion 2-Year-Old Filly, was also on the list for 14 days and was scheduled to be released on May 3. Japanese Derby shooter Crown Pride was listed for 14 days and was released as scheduled on April 27.

Just saw this. The Crown Pride and Shahama ones makes sense because don't they have to do a quarantine for 14 days since foreign?
The infuriating part (for me) is the total lack of transparency: None of the trainers responded to queries why their horses were on the vet's list , nor did the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission provide anything but a decline to answer, citing regulations.
Bettors: Just bring money I guess? I can't wager horses if I do not know they are sound and in good health. Would you wager Charge It or Mo Donegal w/out knowing for sure?

Would be ironic if it was betamethasone injections that put them on the list.
