Seems Mrs Frank and team covered all the bases. (and this "Cancel Culture" BS.....just a way to say I can't defend my actions, let's blame it on the boogeyman, tried it on Fox (home to the term)...and hey, why not continue on. Me personally, when I hear someone going down that road...it shouts "I'm guilty".

Why are you saying bad things? These are my guys, dammit. Do you know how it feels to discover you've been rooting for the bad guys ? To realize you've supported scoundrels & cheats. It's uncomfortable. I don't like it, but it is, as they say, what it is.
Btw, is this pick on the west coast week?
Da Stoops was the only time I've ever had my picture taken the Winner's Circle... It was a bob baffert... and all the winners I've had since, am I supposed to put an * by my entire baffert horse handicapping career? I'm not going to do that... not gonna do it. I picked all those Winners fair and square!
Dear Bob,
It's not me. It's you.
Sincerely, Badactor.

What happened to the good ole days, when nobody cheated in horse racing lol When money is involved, well, we get the picture. Guess it may be how brazen the characters have become.

Patrick Biancone just finished second in a million-dollar race with diamond oops. I guess he did his time, right? Seems he disappeared for a while and now is back in action.
Regarding Doug O'Neill and Peter-the sucker fish to the baffert whale-Miller... skeletal muscle relaxers? Mmmm. Ask your doctor or veterinarian if it's right for you!

Dear Bob, It's not me. It's you. Sincerely, Badactor. He begs to differ. Baffert: "Why is it happening to me? There’s problems in racing, but it’s not Bob Baffert.” So much for even an elementary level of self-assessment from him.

BROOKLYN, NY–Judge Carol Bagley Amon dismissed Bob Baffert's charge of contempt against the New York Racing Association Tuesday morning in federal court, saying that her previous injunction of NYRA's attempted suspension of Baffert in May applied only to enforcing that suspension, and not the issue at hand of NYRA scheduling a hearing and issuing official charges against Baffert in a Sept. 10 statement. The ruling clears the way for NYRA to proceed with its proposed hearing process, which is scheduled to begin Oct. 11 and may result in Baffert once again being suspended from racing at NYRA tracks.

The lawsuit from the beginning made no sense. (But not something new we have seen lately)
“That suspension is no longer in effect,” she said. “I don't know how you can read that order as precluding the defendant from giving Mr. Baffert a hearing. They're not seeking to suspend him, they're just seeking to give him a hearing. I didn't reach a merits decision as to [the suspension]. I said your client was entitled to a hearing.”
Robertson again tried to argue that NYRA was creating “ex post facto” rules for its original suspension, but Amon again interrupted to say, “No, they're not, because this is a whole new proceeding. You're missing the import of the court's original order. The original lawsuit dealt with the suspension in May. This is an entirely different scenario.”
