I hit 3 good ones but it wasn't enough to bring home the trophy to the g00d old USA. I think some foreigner won it.

Tom, make it $40 for Bev and me on the win. (thought the pay on Twinspires differed to much with xpressbet on his last winner) Thanks

Wow.. Iβm guessing Iβm guilty of premature celebration. Thank goodness I placed my wagers through TVG rather than XPress Bet π€

That was a very enjoyable contest. The daily TV coverage was superb. Congratulations to eye123 for his win and to Bev for a very close runnerup. Especially thanks to Tom for hosting this event.
Tom, of my $35 winnings, I'd like to retain $20 to use during the Saratoga season and to donate the remaining $15 to the prize pool for our upcoming Saratoga contest, to be used for whatever purpose the Contest Administrator deems appropriate. OK with you?

That would be very generous of you. Or, since you are very adept at picking winners, you could maybe select three $5 win bets and put the proceeds of those wagers towards the contest prize fund. Just a thought. TW

Just a thought. TW What an interesting idea. I'm afraid that you have more confidence in my ability to pick winners than I do. I'm afraid that many of the winners I do pick, without putting too fine a point on it, don't result in overly generous payouts. Still, any horseplayer worth his salt couldn't decline such a challenge. I'm willing to give your suggestion a shot and do my best to increase the contest prize fund. Would it work for you if I tried this on the Belmont card either over 4th of July weekend or the weekend after?

That would be fine. I'll bet you can turn $15 into $25+ easily...no pressure . TW

FWIW, I'm very good at turning $15 into nothing. Do it on a very regular basis.
