All-weather racing is in full swing in GB, and some prominent trainers/yards will run horses to get them started, to maintain form, and just to pay the bills. So while the hurdles get most of the attention in the winter months, there is still flat racing taking place. www.attheraces.com/course-guides/Lingfieldwww.attheraces.com/course-guides/KemptonLIN R4- 7f Handicap (Class 5) (3yo 0-75)#2- Bint Al Anood (4-1) broke maiden last time, runs back on two weeks rest but seems progressive with more to give. EX- 2/All KEM R1- 2m Handicap (Class 3) (4yo+ 0-95)Nice mix of stayers and hurdlers going two miles to start the card, including some familiar names. #11- Amtiyaz (5-2) hasn't missed the board in six AW tries, has been slowly progressive and just missed in a Class 2 last time. #9- Vibrance (10-1) AW specialist went over the jumps last time, now returns to preferred surface. KEM R2- 1m4f Handicap (Class 5) (4yo+ 0-75)
#6- Hint of Stars (9-2) won at Newcastle at this level in December, has a new lease on life after six poor turf efforts. #13- Catbird Seat (7-1) has a similar profile to Hint of Stars, hitting the board in all three AW tries. Improving sort is a lightly-raced 4yo gelding for the crafty Alan King, expecting a good run today.

LIN R7- 1m Handicap (Class 3) (4yo+ 0-95)
#2- Mohareb (7-1) No chance with the winner against much better foes last time, but showed that a mile may well be in his reach by fighting on for third. Drops in class and gets regular rider back aboard. #6- Masked Identity (5-1) had a troubled trip going shorter in last, wasn't able to handle Golden Force in previous two but that one fired best shot to win at Wolverhampton where it has done its best running.
EX- 2,6/All
