Mostly a number of mediocre efforts in the month of March. Two Thirty Five ran a decent second at Santa Anita on March 28, but all of the rest of the stable were non contenders in their efforts. At least they are running.
Rush To The Castle finished second for the third straight race at CT last night. He drew outside of his really sharp stablemate Hero's Man and chased him around the track. $5800 last night and $20194 from 4 starts without a win. He'll find the right field one of these days where he draws inside and can go down the road.
Looking forward to see where stable beast Breezy Gust winds up this week. He's nominated for two stakes and entries draw for both on Wednesday. He was assigned 127lb in the $100k Page McKenney Hcp at 7f at Parx on 4/27. Since Laurel has track issues, they've moved the $100k Frank Y. Whiteley stakes (as well as the remainder of the Laurel meet) to Pimlico on 4/24 and shortened it from 7f to 6f. He would carry either 120 or 122 if he runs there. Guessing he stays home and runs at Parx, but only going 6f has to be something to consider if they want to ship. Indypacer's 2020 star Admiral Abe was assigned the highweight of 129lbs for the McKenney. He's talented...but I'm sure his connections really want to see Breezy run at Pimlico. :-)
