Hey guys, I'm new here. I'm in my early 30's just getting started in this horse racing field. I went from sports betting to this because I love how you could bet so little yet make so much and also you're dealing with other people and not the bookmaker/Vegas. But, what resources or books do you guys recommend me to start? There's just so much info and its overwhelming! Thank you!

I haven't been to the racetrack yet but I live in the East Bay, North California.

I know TVG takes bets on most of the the overseas tracks. I agree with you that they tend to have much bigger priced winners than the US ..of course the field sizes are generally larger which helps.
