always enjoy this day also
CD 2nd Like #10 PEACE BROKER somewhat---bred for turf also bred for distance + with a winning dirt trainer. Competitive first start while compromised when it mattered. Liked his finish last out while over-matched. ml is not attractive.
3rd #8 CAMP HOPE was all business first out, winning for fun. Came back too soon and in way too tough. Gets an easier spot after a 3-week break. Really like this colt and see a nice future...#3 COUSIN LARRY ran a distant 2nd in a very hot maiden race first out. Came back a month later to just get up in a much easier spot. Six weeks off and a fast work makes him an overlooked player for a trainer who wins. #6 SCARRED is going to be getting the most action, and may not be as good as those mentioned prior.
6th #12 GRAND DESIGN left the gate slowly in both prior starts. Came wide while starting to wake up in the first sprint, then had an even worse break followed by a difficult even more wide of a run when stretching out in his last. Gets plenty of time between those starts, has been sharpened in works, and gets 9 furlongs today. I expect a better trip(even from the 12-hole), and may be my play of the day. #6 LEBLON seems to be improving, coming off a big late run vs CAMP HOPE who runs in the 3rd vs winners. #8 PRIVATE NETWORK could also improve stretching out.
7th #2 COREY had a month off after a strong 2nd to a nice one. Finished behind a runner who came back to win again in the race prior.
9th #6 CLAIRIERE was a very impressive maiden winner who looks to have a serious future with seasoning. Santana chooses this one. #3 COACH has been ultra impressive and would be no surprise. #5 TRAVEL COLUMN comes from the same barn, and will be overlooked after an unfortunate trip behind the ml fave last out. If Leparoux can do his usual, and rate #4 FARSIGHTED to make his move at the right time, he will be a factor.
10th #10 MANDALOUN looks like a single.
11th Not big on anything here, but #3 ARABIAN PRINCE seems to be a good finisher. #7 KING FURY is much better when @ CD.
12th Too tough for me---like at least half of them.....
good luck!

A few at TAM today:
R4- #6- Ifeelgood (10-1) has been off since Feb., has six works since 10/4 including five on the grass at 5 & 6 furlongs. Jockey Ferrer is a competent and underrated turf pilot. Trainer Yanez is on the downside of a long career, but still breeds horses and does well with this owner. KEY him in wagers for a boost.
R6- Centeno and Gallardo will be eyeballing each other's mounts as the two overwhelming choices in here, but meanwhile up front #8- Agripino (6-1) will try to make every pole a winning one under Speith.
R8- M/L maker is clearly smoking dope if he thinks that #2- Brassy (10-1) will go off at that price for Godolphin/Harty/Camacho. #4- Stormy D. (9-2) flies under the radar a bit (hopefully) for Hooper's buddy Rigattieri, has talented turf rider Pablo Morales doing the steering. KEY him, looking for a late run to take down top honors with a good trip.
R10- Some combination of #2- Gold Country (9-2), #3- Atlantic Princess (6-1), and #10- Spin Class (4-1) in exactas could get you out for the day.

Not This Time had a 2yo winner yesterday... note this sire is available on the KD Future Sire entries. I don't know anything about NTT, but he's caught my attention.
CD R2 #4 Family Time - result: "UTT" ...up the track.
R10 #1 King's Ovation

HELP WANTED: Laurel, Race 3. Let's root #8 Timely Tradition into the winners circle!
RESULTS: NOPE. TIMELY TRADITION , three wide chasing the pace on the turn,
was fanned to four path turning for home and gave way.

Not good enough and not good enough for my first two choices—-so coming back in the 4th with #7 CHEFFY. Barn change to a key trainer/rider combo and stretching out after a wide close in a sprint.
Tri pw 7/4-6-8/all ——————— Not the best of trips to lose again Skipping 5th to go in w/p on #12 in 6th
