This is better than anything Baffert has come up with.
Blood-Horse Oisin Murphy has expressed regret and apologized after he was banned for three months by France Galop stewards following a positive urine test for metabolites of cocaine. The dual champion jockey, who will not be appealing the decision, would ordinarily have been looking at a six-month suspension, but the stewards were persuaded by a combination of evidence from a hair test and Murphy's own testimony that he was contaminated after having sex with a person he later discovered to be a user.

Back a few years ago, I tested one of my parolees and he tested positive for cocaine. I sent him in front of the Parole Board for revocation. He told the Parole Board that he was innocent because he had oral sex with a female the night before who had just snorted cocaine herself, and that’s why he tested positive. He claimed that he ‘caught’ it from the oral act itself. His lawyer filed for a Hearing using his client’s story as their defense.
The lawyer actually took the issue to a Judge! Ultimately, the Judge dismissed the action due to the client and his attorney being unable to find any ‘professional’ that could back up their claim of it being possible.
It was a laughing stock, to say the least.
