Salad, this is exactly why we need a lawsuit with a discovery process. EVERYONE involved should want the facts to be made public. Especially the fan/gambler. Let's cut through the spin and public relation statements on both sides. Hooper

much like NO POLITICS supporters, for who NO POLITICS can do no wrong, and see no error in his ways, the Baffert backers fail to see the preferential treatment he received and feel he is being targeted. Is there no middle ground anymore? Can't anyone look at a situation through an unbiased lens anymore ??

Salad, this is exactly why we need a lawsuit with a discovery process. EVERYONE involved should want the facts to be made public. Especially the fan/gambler. Let's cut through the spin and public relation statements on both sides. Hooper Something that bears mentioning...........an environmental contamination of 4x or 5x a normal level (in austrailia that would represent 12x the level!) occured, then it seems to me that for the SAFETY of the horses boarded at Santa Anita, there would have been a very widespread and immediate broadcast to every horseman and barn at the facility........to not do so would have been utterly irresponsible. Because if you have a feed or bedding company, delivering hay/bedding/feed that resulted in THIS kind of sky-high "environmental contamination", (which Dr. Sams described as "excessive") then you would think others on the premises would have been made aware that perhaps their horse were at risk as well? This is why we need to know the numbers of what the other horses who were tested had. This is vital to know. Meanwhile, its beyond belief that you would have an environmental contamination on your premises and not inform each and every horseman on your premises. CHRB was derelict in their duties to every barn on their premises AFAIC

Interesting development. Could this possibly lead to the official disqualification of the Derby win since he wouldn’t have gotten in the race?
