I agree that they are all worthy based on their racing records. Not sure if we are supposed to consider their body of work including stallion records. Without Dubai Millenium, we don't have Dubawi as a pre-eminent sire. Plus, he only had a single crop to evaluate, which is even more amazing.
I think if I combine race record and sire production, I'd select Montjeu. 16//11-2-0, won the Irish and French Derbies, and the Arc, as a 3yo. Won the Tattersalls Gold Cup, Prix de Saint-Cloud, and King George as a 4yo. As a sire, he produced Sea The Stars' nemesis Fame and Glory, Motivator (Treve), Authorized (Santiago), and Camelot (Guineas & dual-Derby winner.)
