GOING: Good-to-firm

{Master Builder and Goodwood Odyssey are non-runners.}
#3- Subsequent (9-2) has been progressive through three turf starts and won handicap debut in the Bibury Cup at Sandown when last seen. Full brother to two stakes winners including GII-winner Armory which ran for Coolmore/Aidan O'Brien. #7- French Duke (6-1) is still a maiden but ran a good sixth in the King George V at Royal Ascot after being acquired by Wathnan Racing. Will have to see where James Doyle places him in the race from midfield draw, taking a positive view.
EX- 3,7/2,3,5,7 Result: 7,2,6 Exacta $52.20
GOO R2 (9:25am ET)- 7f Oak Tree Stakes (Group 3) (Fillies & Mares) (Class 1) (3yo+)

{Armira and Fair Angellica are non-runners.}
#7- Jabarra (5-2) sets the standard with a fine second to Porta Fortuna in the Falmouth S. (GI) going a mile at Newmarket, following two Listed-wins over 7F. Improving filly looks to continue her outstanding 3yo season. #8- Kathmandu (5-1) went to France seeking riches, finishing second in the 1000 Guineas (GI) then a close fifth in the Prix Jean Prat (GI) at Deauville three weeks ago. Handled good ground at Newmarket, needs the top one to stumble but should be there at the finish.
EX- 7,8/1,7,8,9,10 Result: 9,7,11 (7 DQd, placed 2nd)
GOO R3 (10:00am ET)- 5f Molecomb Stakes (Group 3) (Class 1) (2yo)

{Rock N Roll Rocket is a non-runner.}
15 high-quality 2yos blasting-off 5F should produce some fireworks. #1- Asterius (2-1) is the safe pick after his Norfolk S. (GII) fifth and subsequent victory in the Dragon S. (Listed) at Sandown. #15- Celandine (5-1) has run four times, all at 6F, winning twice including a Listed contest at Newmarket two back. Daughter of Kingman turns back to 5F today, should have bags of stamina but has shown speed in her races, expecting her to try to make all the running again today. My buddy Steve Weston has #16- Usdi Atohi (12-1) in here with Donnacha O'Brien, who also handles his brilliant filly Porta Fortuna. She didn't see out 6F in GIII at Naas, but was running against O'Brien the Elder's beast Fairy Godmother that day. Turned back to 5F last out, won the Tipperary S. (Listed) at 20-1. Gets the services of Ryan Moore today which will knock the price back a bit, but I'll have a good-sized win bet on her. Spreading wide in exactas hoping for something good underneath.
EX- 1,15/1,8,11,13,14,15,16 WIN- 16 Result: 3,1,8
