2 Monomoy Girl 3/5,Prohibitive favorite holds highest class and speed here.Hard to go against....but you know me 3 Jump Ruler 20/1.Kelly Breen charge has speed but looks light on class.Winless at two turns will need a smart ride from Jimenez.Nice works for off the shelf. WTF

Looks like a 2 to beat and the 7 being the one to do so on a third try...with the 5 being the one to watch here as to her class for future races...lol...good luck folks...thanks for the pps...

I thought it was the right call. Monomoy Girl first moved toward the rail, causing Midnight Bisou to alter course to her right to avoid getting squeezed. Almost immediately, MG started veering to her right, causing MB to move further and further to her right, at least 4 or 5 paths. MG's ride sort of reminded me of some of the race riding that Mike Smith has engaged (especially on Abel Tasman versus Elate) in when he has the lead and doesn't want a competitor to get by, but this was a bit more flagrant. I'll admit a bit of bias, since I was sitting on live pick 3's on both of them, and the one on Bisou paid a whole lot more.

She was clear when she crossed over. Was it the herding out after that which caused the DQ? Not sure that should have been a DQ.

a friend taught me not to think about it as right or wrong, but rather how often. the head on was fairly damning and it's guessy, but i figured the first place finisher came down about 7 of every 10 times. in ca less in la or md more in ny less. maybe 6 of every 10.

Chaney, in reviewing the Classic decision with the media the morning after the Breeders' Cup, suggested Bayern might have been disqualified under New York racing rules, which are not the same as those in California.
PS The #2 in the second half of video was DQ'ed
