"Without any disrespect to anyone else, because I have enjoyed the offerings of so many, I would love to spend an evening sometime with spider, and hooper (separately or together) just listening to them play music totally of their own choosing. This is something that gave me much pleasure with various friends when I was younger".
Cool idea shoes. The three of us could put together a damn good juke box.
There's a lady plays her fav'right records On the jukebox ev'ry day. All day long she plays the same old songs, And she believes the things that they say. Other ladies like to prance around And flirt and dance the whole night through, But she just sits and listens to her juke box records, 'Cause that's all that she wants to do.

Driving home from the bakery heard this. On the UK release of Rubber Soul but not on the US release. Harrison song.
If I needed someone to love You're the one that I'd be thinking of If I needed someone If I had some more time to spend Then I guess I'd be with you, my friend If I needed someone

I have the UK releases of both Rubber Soul and Revolver, each has great extra tracks not on the US releases. Hard to say that any of the Beatles are underrated I guess, but I think George was- above is a good one.

Underrated Harrison from both Rubber Soul releases.
I've got a word or two To say about the things that you do You're telling all those lies About the good things that we can have If we close our eyes

Happy Birthday Graham Nash.

Bangladesh rehearsal I think. In a a George Harrison biography he is quoted as saying, he wasn't sure if Dylan was going to come on stage (after having done rehearsals) literally until he walked out from the side. I am not a Dylan expert by any means, but was he possibly going through a "stage fright" phase during that particular time? In any event, it was a magical moment when he did.

TW sent me down memory lane.
There is fiction in the space between The lines on your page of memories Write it down but it doesn't mean You're not just telling stories There is fiction in the space between You and reality You will do and say anything To make your everyday life seem less mundane There is fiction in the space between You and me

I hold you in my arms As the band plays What are those words whispered, baby Just as you turn away? I saw you last night Out on the edge of town I want to read your mind to know Just what I've got in this new thing I've found So tell me what I see When I look in your eyes? Is that you, baby Or just a brilliant disguise?

I've always had a soft spot in my heart for The Smithereens. The Band members are huge Kinks fans and used to attend both Ray Davies and Dave Davies solo shows.

Sometimes you can dance it all away.
Dance to the Music, dance to the music Dance to the Music, dance to the music All we need is a drummer For people who only need a beat, yeah I'm gonna add a little guitar And make it easy to move your feet I'm gonna add some bottom So that the dancers just won't hide
