BLUE DEVILS UPSET AT HOME BY SFA
Duke was a 28-point favorite before folding to the Lumberjacks in the final second of the game. While the loss itself is stunning, take a step back and take this in: This is the first time Duke has lost a nonconference home game since 2000 and the first time in 13,473 days (since 1983!) it has lost to an unranked mid-major team.

Schools are getting much better in NCAAM. Many good players all over the country these days.
SFA has been getting better over the past 5 years, though I don’t believe they made the bracket in the past couple of years.
My question is, how was it that the oddsmakers were so far off on this one?

Fixed maybe? It's happened before...this is one sport that can easily be fixed...

Fixed maybe? It's happened before...this is one sport that can easily be fixed... Very much doubt that. This would not have been a heavily bet on game and with a relatively small pool, unusual betting patterns that would reflect a fix would be easily detectable.

I was teasing about the Duke game shoes...I don't even know what the line was...but, fixed basketball games have happened for sure.
