I keep some horses I feel might be "at risk" in my virtual stable. In case something happens to them and/or I need to make sure a rescue takes them. I also like to know if my thoughts are "off" as sometimes they can be. This Bernadini colt ran in the Bluegrass Stakes this year. That was in April 2019. (didn't do well). But he started in December 2018, 4 months before that race....... and has run every single month since then......with no layoff. The number of trainers he's been through. I gave up counting at about 7. I guess they should rename him hot potato. His last 4 races he's had 4 different trainers. This week he was in an 11K purse and his claiming price was $5,000. (yeah, i worry when a horse ran in a $1million race and less than a year later he's going for $5K. ) Please tell me how a horse can be expected to prosper under this scenario. HOwever, he won this one, so I guess he bought himself another race in December $150K purchase.... www.equibase.com/profiles/Results.cfm?type=Horse&refno=10109078®istry=T
