Curragh 11:20- 1m Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C & G) Maiden (Plus 10 Race) (2yo)
Not much form to go by with 8 of 12 being FTS. #8- Mogul (9-5) full brother to Multiple GI winner Japan sold for $4.6M as a yearling, no pressure...lol. Was second upon debut to Geometrical, which finished third in the Futurity S. (GII- 7F) at the Curragh a week ago. Mogul has an entry for next year's Epsom Derby, and is bred for the classics at 1 1/2mi. Gets similar ground today (yielding), not sure he's an absolute lock here. #11- Shekhem (5-2) has the experience edge with two 7F starts, just missed against odds-on choice in last. Contender with a forward move on the stretchout. #9- Nobel Prize (6-1) is a Galileo FTS for Coolmore, et. al, out of the good producer Hveger. He's a full to Highland Reel, Idaho, and Cape of Good Hope. Expecting good things.
EXBOX- 8,9,11
Curragh 11:50- 1m Flame Of Tara Irish EBF Stakes (Group 3) (Fillies) (2yo)
Auxilia is out. #4- Brook on Fifth (5-1) beat a field of 29 on debut two weeks ago at 7F over soft ground. She is well thought of, with an entry to the GI Fillies Mile at Newmarket in October by J. O'Brien. #5- Cayenne Pepper (5-2) has two wins from two starts, exiting a key race against males at Tipperary in early July. #7- So Wonderful (2-1) is still a maiden after six tries but doesn't know it, already GIII-placed having faced some good young fillies along the way. This may be the easiest field she's faced, taken to see the winner's enclosure today.
TRI- 7/4,5/all

Curragh 12:20- 6f Round Tower Stakes (Group 3) (2yo)
#2- Arranmore (8-1) was second behind subsequent GII winner Armory in first start, beat twenty others last time at Cork over this distance, should be prominently placed by Manning in stakes debut. #3- Fort Myers (4-1) has been something of an enigma to me, expected him to be stretched out to the mile by now, but is kept sprinting. Certainly no shame to finish close-up to Arizona, Threat, and Siskin. Been away since the end of June, if he has held previous form seems like the one to beat. #4- Guildsman (9-2) has seen his form erode over last two, though he had a horror-show trip last time. Mixed signals. #6- Lope Y Fernandez (5-1) has chased Pinatubo in vain last two races, needs to sharpen up on the cutback to 6F. #12- Brunelle (10-1) intrigues at a price. Won lone start at Leopardstown against twelve others including males, runner-up Forthe Trees was 5 clear of the rest and came back to win next out. This is a big step up in class, but Lyons/Keane are hitting at a high strike rate, don't count out.
EX- 3,6/2,3,4,6,12
Curragh 12:50- field of 24 evenly matched handicappers going 6F.

Curragh 1:20- 1m1f Snow Fairy Fillies Stakes (Group 3) (3yo+)
#5- Goddess (7-2) was GII-placed over C&D two back, facile HCP win last time says she'll be tough in here. #8- Simply Beautiful (5-1) is a consistent, improving sort, drops back in trip but should argue the minor awards. #11- Trethias (3-1) found the Irish Oaks too far and too tough last time, will appreciate the drop down in distance and class. #10- Solage (10-1) expensive Galileo filly has found it tough to get to the race track but she's all business once there. Must respect her potential. #12- Viadera (5-1) has run well over the course, stretches out today but will softer ground be her undoing?
EX- 5,10/5,8,10,11
Curragh 1:50- 1m Tote Irish Cambridgeshire (Premier Handicap) (3yo+)
Trading Point is out, leaving a field of only 25. #7- Jassaar (15-1) likes C&D, fits well in this spot. #22- Ice Cold in Alex (12-1) runs his race every time, needs clever handling to see out the trip. #23- Innamorare (20-1) at the weights, must consider this filly once again. #25- Kattani (15-1) had a big maiden victory over C&D last time, big step up here, but lightly-raced 3yo might have the goods.
EXBOX- 7,22,25
