played in a tournament once that had two day one's and it started paying out late day two.  i was sharp and focused for all of day one, but 5 hours into day two i was unfocused and my eyes were getting heavy.  at dinner break a kid who i got chummy with offered me one.  i took it and it felt like day one level one all over.  only time i've had it and want some more.  exercise a goodly amount and eat healthy, but still feel tired most of the time.  know i'm not the only one.  how do you get it?

tl;dr
in the late 80's i was dumb enough to be the only person in an entire band or crew with a driver's license on a u.s. tour. shitty clubs and parties. 100 dollar guarantees. do they really say youth is wasted on the young??? remember one drive from phoenix az to houston tx that was like 18 hours w stops for fuel and jolt. used speed for its intended purpose on that one. saw the sun rise and fall while the other four dudes slept... got to the club, think it was called axiom, not positive. crashed hard in the van for idk how long, was roused and told, "it's time to play." few times in life i've felt worse, but the show went on.
