The Who started their tour this week. This is a sample of what you'll get. Townshend,Daltrey and full orchestra. Watch the violin from 4:00-5:00 minute mark. Playing Fenway in September. Hooper

Works well with the orchestra. One of my all time favorite anthems. Give Roger credit for effort but his voice has been shot for close to 20 years. I'd still go see this.

I am offered a free 12th row center seat for this Saturday in Indy--not really interested seems like a good show my Who days are probably over

The Boys are in the Burgh' tonight and I can't decide if I want to go or not. Went on their last tour and was pleasantly surprised - it was a spur of the moment, why not thing, and I had zero regrets. After seeing them for the first time in 1989 (and realizing that was after their heyday) part of me thinks that was good enough and tonight is a pass. I'm guessing I can get in for $20.

Never a fan of the Who, but the Rock Opera TOMMY was exceptional. Never the same after Keith Moon expired imo....

Guess Who-
When I was listening to the edition of Ringo's all stars that included Burton Cummings, I reflected at bit on his group (along with Randy Bachman). They were contemporaries of The Who and thus I kind of associated the two even though they really aren't that much alike. The Who certainly have been longer lasting, more impactful on the g=history of rock and have a better body of music, But Guess Who did some pretty nice work Imo.
Two of my favorites:
