Get well Hoop. I came across this version from Winwood recently. He can still hit the sweet spots. Good to see the old guys that can do that.

Hoping Granddaddy Purple can get rid of the back spasms before golf tomorrow. Relaxing with this music earlier. Clapton,Winwood,Trucks etc.. Get well soon...had a lower spine disc cause me spasms so severe that it took me more than an hour to put my pants on...much of the time it felt like a ' Casper ' cartoon where the lower waist down felt separated going in two directions , that is when other addition pains were felt...spasms so severe that one has to grab hold of a solid item so as not to fall...then the spine liquids have no where to go so that the hips, legs waist area absorbed them...I had this problem for years on and off...whenever the lower spine disc hit the nerve areas, cut into them via pressure...then finally cut or punctured the area....now I am careful not to twist and shout, lol...my golf swing is one that only allows my arms to hit the ball in a straight line with out the turning motions...lol...hope you get well soon...
