A writer for the Los Angeles times who sends out a news letter each day has a very interesting arctics on the amount of tickets that are not cashed in California racing but does not include the fairs ....if I read it right it amounts to a staggering four million...etc...the writer is a fellow named John cherwa ...he covers Cali racing...
